i forgot to say that when i take chinese bitters and gcg at the same time, it's because when i was talking to julia about taking the gcg i told her that i wanted to keep taking the bitters because it helped my digestion a lot. so she said i could take that in the morning and gcg before lunch. every situation could be different.
