i bought some magnesium citrate to get ready for my march liver lfush..
i thought ti was in capsule form but i was wrong/ it arrived and is tablets.. *(
can i jstu crush these up and use liek that anyhow?
they are 200 mgs each

i was palnning to the version yougave me since the salts give me bad reaction.
