I have been taking CB for 8 weeks now and I haven't really noticed a difference - other than more inner gurglings. I did a flush last night that went VERY well.

I initially was taking it before breakfast, but I am going to start taking a vitex mixture (Fem Mate - also from Prime health) and I want to take this in the morning.

I am thinking of taking CB at bedtime, is there any reason I shouldn't use it at bedtime?

What have your experiences with CB been?
