I think one needs to do a series of flushes to get results. It took me 5-6 flushes over several months to feel significant relief from pain, nausea and the such. Are you willing to go the extra mile for health. The choice is up to you. I consider this flushing a miracle of sorts. It has changed my life......in that I can eat relatively normal again, I don't have dumping syndrome and diarrhea like before. I just wish I would have had this knowledge before my gallbladder was removed. I would have made changes to my life and diet 10 years ago. Knowledge is power.
