I work from home and know that sunlight and being outside are the best things for me. I have a finished room in the basement for my office so during the winter I am glued to the PC but today I sat in sunroom and watched the clouds etc while working and felt much better. cant wait for the snow to melt. I did not realize Liver Flushing would release so much. I have had a headache since I did it and I know that it is a tension type headache, the kind I used to get when mad or frustrated.
