As I said, don't know about flax oil. My experiences with almond oil and at other times with walnut oil were all very successful, lots of stones. Almond oil is "IT" for me, tastes so mild. If these flushes had not been good, I would have gone back to using olive oil, like it or not.
Above is a post from someone using hemp oil. Other people on this forum have used coconut oil successfully.
