Wow Demi, I really did not expect your succesfull result so soon. Bravo. I usually compare my situation with you regarding cholesterol issue. My results in november after 6 flushes were:

Total 263.
LDL: 166
HDL:50
Tryglicerides: 248

Ratio of Total/HDL is 5.26 not exellent!

Reading your post I will also try Psyllium, but the best I can find it here where I live is in California Fitness capsules. What do you think?
