Huhhh, I am very happy now!!

I did cholesterol check up a year ago. It was Total: 280
My "doctor" wanted me on some anti-cholesterol drug. I didn't want it. He told me to da a cholesterol test in about 10 months and meanwhile exercise and eat "low cholesterol" food. I did it as he said and lost about 20 lb.
It was october and I did cholesterol test again.
I tas the same...about 275....of course, he wanted me on drug ASAP..

Then I decide do some liver flushing.
I did 7 Liver Flushes and had a psyllium drink every day.
I ate a lot! All kinds of food (carbs, cholesterol rich food...) I even gained my kilos back....

I did my cholesterol checkup and got results today!!

It is down babeee, it is down..!!!

Total 220.
LDL: 152
HDL:46

Ratio of Total/HDL is 4.78 ...exellent!

Boy,....Liver Flush!!! It is very powerfull stuff!!
