It should be. My husband took it for 10 weeks. However, some take it for less period of time, some longer. Some don't take it at all.

This I don't know, because I haven't read about not taking these herbs if you are trying to conceive. All I know is people take the GCG before the flush and are OK.

Yes. Lots of organic apple juice helps to soften the stones.
