Thanks Blueduck! I hadn't noticed before but now I'm up and about I acctually feel as if I have somethings 'stuck' inside me. It's not painful or even really uncomfortable. I've never had this feeling before, but I'm thinking that maybe some stones have dislodged from where they were and have moved slightly, but because I messed up the flush there wasn't enough pressure to acctually push them out.
Yeh, I figure I should do at least 6 before i gave up entirely. It's just so easy, theres no excuse not to!!! (-:
