Probably not for a month, I wouldn't think so. Me, I had been using Senna only occasionally, but I had used it for years. I think that is a big difference. Now I use magnesium for the occasional dietary indiscretion, or Oxypowder for cleansing, but I stay away from Senna as a remedy because I already abused it unkowingly.
