do you initially amke teh batch with 600 mgs magnesium citrate and the liquid form beign teh liquid itn eh original epsom slat recipe jstu instea dyouamrk it 1/2 water, 1/2 grapfruit? tehn form there divide it into the differetn tiemd drinks?
or do you amke upteh amout tha tyou mnomally woudl ahve per drink but dump 600 mgs into each speater drink .. liek 600 mgs at 6. pm then 600 mgs at 8 pm etc?
