las t tiem i used the epsoms i bled for quite ahwiel fresh flowign blood.. so iam obviousley on eof the folks tat have a sever e sensitivity to teh salts.

i weigh a bi tmore than you so iwill go withthe 800 mgs i guess.. btw wher e doid you purchase your magnesim citrate may i ask? and yousimply repleced eahc of the epsom drink / with tat.. but kep th te same tiem lien right?
