After my 12th flush last night, I finally arrived at the most comfortable method for me, without compromising results.
I am now replacing Epsom Salts with 600 mg of Magnesium Citrate per drink ( I use 1/2 grapefruit juice, 1/2 water), this seems to be the right amount for me ( I am abt 120 pds.) I finally founds a place where they sell it in 150mg. capsules, so I empty 4 capsules into the drink, the taste is really quite fine. I remember someone on this forum recommending 800 mg, I guess it depends on the person.
So far, it is shortly after noon time, I have passed a fair amount of stones, abt. 50 in all, emerald green. One 3/4 in., six 1/2 in, the rest pea size, plus broken pieces. And I am sure there is more to come...
I have also gotten away from using olive oil, and use almond oil instead. I get it down much much easier than the olive oil, without the gagging sensation afterwards.
I am writing this post as an encouragement for those of you who are struggling with the Epsom Salts and/or the olive oil, to know that alternatives can work equally well.
I am not saying I won't use olive oil again for a flush , maybe one day when my body does not have this violent reaction towards it, but I know I will never again bother with Epsom Salts internally!
