I guess this one is for you also Shelleycat, you have been recommending lecithin a lot, and I have a full bottle of it (powder) at home, except there is no instructions to go with it. I am planning on taking it soon, right now I am taking charcoal for metal detox and it decreases effectivenes of anything else you take, so as soon as I am done with it, its on to Chinese bitters, Blueprum (or however it is spelled :-) and the lecithin.
