The documentation I found is very unclear, jsut says "rearranges hepocytes" hepocytes meaning liver cells. They don't say how long it takes or how to tell if it happens, so ... when it comes to things you can't deduce until an actual biopsy or, ag, death, moderation is key. Milk thistle is powerful enough that a year should have taken care of anything you had going on.
