Before my next flush I want to experiment with doing castor oil packs. Where do I put it? Under the right ribcage? and side? and back? How do you keep it from messing up the pyjama and sheets? ( I have visions of climbing into a garbage back and tying it around my neck, but naaaa, I don't think so... )How often, just the night of the flush, or several days before? Do you leave it on all night?
Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks .
