I have had the same thing happen to me after my last flush, except that the pain, quite strong, started already while eating supper, so I had to stop eating . Someone here suggested that I should not have had any proteins or oils in that meal yet. I had made a chunky vegetable soup, more like a stew, with some chicken in it. Now I decided to give myself a longer break before the next flush, and then ease into proteins and oils more gradually. We'll see...
Hope you can figure out, too what is going on inside of you....
