Koko, congratulations on getting rid of the stones that showed up on the ultrasound. That is awesome.

I know that keeping the flushing going will help to equalize the anger. Also, have you tried the 10-day master cleanse? This really helps your body to eliminate toxins. Liver-healthy tea is a good idea too. I get mine from Dr. Clark.

Yoga is great -- I have moved to Xi Gong now. My teacher says they are all the same, basically. They go after the chi, the breathing, and the mental training.
