thanks everyone for your responses. The day after my cleanse I was off to my latest job (movie set) and was gone for 4 days..i come back and i have to wade back like 6 pages to find the responses :) what a busy forum :)

yeah, that stuff was so painful...at the end of the day, i had to do a plain water enema (actually just a rinse) to get it to stop spasming. There was so much acid that my body was like "expel expel" but there was nothing there! so it was really uncomfortable. Battery acid, that stuff it.

So that rope i got was bizarro...and the 3 larger stones were cool too.
