Exactly! Bacteria are everywhere, how come some people just kill them and others don't? Immune system compromised! :)

I had a naturpathic doctor take a look at my blood, live, and he pointed out all of the white blood cells, which were a LOT more than normal, and then the bacterium as they cultured. He said it was quite common for him to see this stuff in people who were not cleansed, and the cleaner I got the fewer white blood cells and bacterium I would have.

I don't use epson salts either; I have, tho, already flushed out my stones long ago and I guess haven't created many new ones. I took care to use Gold Coin Grass to crush them, and I did get a lot of chaffe out with my last flush. It was kinda gross, like algea! So as long as you pre-treat your stones/liver with apple juice, green apples, malic acid, GCG, etc., you can still have quite a worthwhile flush. All of my gb/liver pains stopped after the first flush alone! :) And now my Acne is completely gone yippee!

If you're nto ready to do an enema do at least one salt water flush and some fiber drinks for about 3 days. That will ensure nothing sticks around for long. :)
