Hi!

I'm happy that you are feeling better. I wanted to recommend you to learn the Buteyko Method, it will change your life. You will be able to identify when you are breathing bad and when an asthma atack will come.

I was using the inhaler 3 to 4 times a day 8 months ago. And now I could live 2 months without anything! While I made a lot of exercise...
