Just a question. I've been lax on doing my cleanses lately, I've skipped about 5 weeks. I am finding I am very depressed, even angry. I have no patience anymore. All I want to do is cry or scream or something. I am also finding I am very tired and today I even began feeling sick and before I knew it I was vomiting, like within moments of feeling sick. Once it was over (and my lunch gone) I was fine again. No pain or anything but I do have VERY soft stool. My immune has also dropped dramatically since Christmas . . . and I don't eat any junk so its not the Sugar . . . I am very sick right now though. Flu, pneumonia, or bronchitis I'm sure, something like that. Really sick, which I haven't been in years. I am planning a cleanse probably wednesday night, or thursday night. I'll have to see, but this week is not ending without a good flush.

Could all this be linked . . . especially the emotional aspects?
