You say that you eat apples or drink apple juice for 3-7 days before the cleanse. Is this in addition to other food? Or do you eat/drink apples only? I am a raw vegan and would love to decrease the amount of Epsom Salts I use, but I don't think I can fast on apples for a week before the cleanse.

Also, I was told to lie on my back after the olive oil drink. I take it you have found that lying on your right side works better for getting the stones out?
