Congratulations Hopinso! All your hard work seems to be paying off. Have you ever had flushes way back that didn't produce any stones and then you broke through...or was there always some?

Well, I'm still hoping for a good flush soon....maybe I should go to church. I went out and bought some coconut oil today for the next try...I've never done anything other than olive, I thought I'd try something different, I can't stand olive oil anymore....

You'll have to tell us if you notice anything in your health in the next little while...what an amazing flush!
