I did this mini flush for abt. three or four weeks before doing the Hulda Clark flush, to prepare myself for the "real thing". It certainly did not produce any stones, so there were no visible results. But I think it helped cleanse the liver. Besides, as I was using organic lemons with the skin, it made it a pleasant drink first thing in the morning. And it improves the PH level
