I do not use the Epsom Salts , which is NOT recommended. I used it and got deathly ill and it lasted for days and days. I do not know why this happened but it wont happen to me again cause I wont use the Epsom Salts . *LOL* I have used just one tablespoon of Epsom Salts to stop an attack, which it did, with no adverse effects.

I sit at the computer to drink my two cups of oil. It takes me about an hour to get it all down. I take a few gulps, chase it with the lemon juice, wait a few minutes and do it over and over til the oil is gone. I sure am glad to take the last drink of the oil. Two cups is a lot and that is not really recommended on these forums to do, but....I had good results with that amount. I have done it with less oil and did not get the good results that I get with two cups of oil.
