lol..i'll try The Master Cleanse sometime...my headaches are so bad right now that it's really best i stick to eating a little bit every few hours (i'm chronic daily migraine/and cluster headaches)..until i can cleanse out a bit more, i really don't want to mess with the no eating thing....baby steps :)

thanks for the info...anyone else?
