I am a new diagnosis...1 1/2 years. An RN of 20 years who knows MS from "that angle". Of course we (and I much include myself) are a gullible lot. I m taking about 20 supplements, kawallawalla, rhodelia, lion mane, MSM, etc etc. IS THERE ANY RELIABLE SOURCES OF INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT REALLY WORKS??? The MS Society seems a tad conservative to me. Is it? Or merely sensible? And what of remyelination? Anything credible?
