Thanks for the replies. The odd thing is that I am not new to this except when I changed diet to vegetarian I added back grains. It's just odd that the lack of meat should make your system more alkaline and mine is more acidic. Is stuff being pulled out into my digestive system. It is also concurrent with the start of Chinese Bitters and Curcuma. I will maybe phone Julia Chang.
