I have been a raw vegan for eight months and did the liver/gallbladder cleanse with my non-raw husband last night. I though I would be pretty well cleaned out and ready to flush. However, I only had two formed bowel movements this morning. I have only passed one tiny tan stone! I am so upset! My husband keeps running to the bathroom. Grrr. I don't even have diarrhea. Isn't the Epsom Salt a laxative?

Any advice? I feel kind of constipated now. :(
