Hello again!
Flushing actually seems like a perfect way to celebrate a birthday. More vigor, a bold step toward health. I would just consider if the notion brings up a lot of resistance as well. I am trying to keep flushing but also be gentle with those aspects of myself that aren't so up for this, that view it all as rather intense. I did my 4th last night and threw up again after the first epsom salt. Yet I don't feel down at all and actually, surprisingly, view it all as quite perfect. There certainly seemed to be a lot going on with my liver last night. So far I've only passed a few small bright green stones, but I'm feeling good.

Happy birthday. There are plenty of days for more flushes, yet at the same time what a way to declare your intention that health is your birthright.
