I suffered with canker sores my entire life. A trip to Wyoming once brought me back with more than 10 on my lips which were so swollen I looked monstrous.

Since going on glyconutrition, I have not had one, single canker sore. It is discussed at this website and it is expensive. However, someone gives a homemake recipe for the 8 nutrients. I also feel limu moui (brown seaweed) may be helpful as it contains 4 of the glyconutrients and is not nearly as expensive. Hope this is of some help.
