and it did absolutely nothing !

i was up after 2 hours. i forgot to mention that before. obviously i've given up on it, just doesn't work for me. i had to just take a nap today i was so tired and depressed i couldn't move. just hid under the covers. at least i can take naps i guess, but not soon when i'm working again. i should have ordered curcuma or coptis from Julia Chang with the order i just placed, i didn't even think about it.

i do remember valerian at least relaxing me when i took the cheap quality capsules. and yes valerian has a nasty smell and i'm sure tastes equally as bad. i'll try to get the highest quality tincture i can, i know of a good local store to go to.
