I have much more success with valerian tincture, a good quality, than with ornithine.
I agree, I would not take that much ornithine on a regular basis.
Only for a Liver Flush do I take ornithine (5 tablets) plus abt 25 drops of valerian tincture- all this, and only this amount lets me sleep like a baby!
