well i slept good for a little while after the most recent liver cleanse but now i've had some serious trouble in the past few days.

maybe i just need to take more but i took 4 500mg ornithine capsules and it did absolutely nothing. i slept for 3 hours and woke right up... couldn't sleep. i realize i can take more but it just doesn't seem like a good idea to be taking 6-8 everyday. does anyone know how safe this stuff is? i'm so sick of having to leave my girlfriends house in the middle of the night because i can't sleep and i don't want to keep her awake :(
