Did my 11 th flush last night, great results. All went well, until I started to eat supper. (Had fruit for breakfast, junky veggie soup for lunch,lots of liquid in between, as all other times). After a few bites I started to have a stomach ache, like my guts were inflamed. Had to lie down, with a heating pad, ache went slowly away. Tried to eat again, same thing as before. Went to lie down again. Skipped supper.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is it possible that my body is starting to react to the Epsom Salts ? ( Took only 3 drinks instead of 4).
