On my second flush I used the ten glasses of oil and lemon juice method. I used olive oil, pumpkin seed oil, coconut oil, sesame seed oil, cod liver oil, and then finished the rest with olive oil. I was experimenting. I had ok results, but not near as good as the first flush, using the same flush, but with all olive oil. Since that one I have switched to the Dr. Clark method, which I find much easier. I would say to try it for comparison so you know if it works or not. If it doesn't just go back to olive oil.
