this question has come up before and I wonder why - has there been a change to coconut oil that I haven't heard about? Because in general coconut oil is a SATURATED fat, which makes it as bad as butter and cream. It raises blood cholesterol and clogs the liver. So no, it wouldn't be good for a flush. I won't even eat it, let alone flush with an entire cup of it.
Olive oil is an UNsaturated fat. It helps to clean the liver.
But if there's been some weird change to the processing of coconut oil that makes it an Unsaturated fat someone please let me know. :)
