I disagree about the EFAs being plentiful in the raw food diet. I am a raw foodist, but I have to supplement with flax seed oil, and eat raw omega organic eggs to avoid eating fish and still get my DHA/EPA/EFAs. I do love eating raw though- I wouldn't change the way I eat for the world and I don't miss a thing. I am a vegetarian though, not a vegan.
