Yup...good mineralization and proper efa's make a huge difference. These are plentiful in a raw organic diet with little need for extra supplementation.

Raw Food Diet Info Wheat grass is also a high mineral content juice. Grass contains the most minerals of any other vegetation on land.

Our typical SAD diets are mineral deplete. Is it any wonder that so many people are manifesting disease? Linus Pauling said that all disease begins due to lack of minerals. Poweful statment from one of our all time top nutritional scientists.

Add to this the onslaught of environmental chemicals and we really need to have our wits about is. Knowledge is a powerful asset.
