I've had them now for three years. I noticed that when I stayed away from Sugar they were better. Lately even a Sugar free healthy Diet is not helping. I don't want to add one more hormone treatment, as I'm working on other natural treatments for candida and diabetes. Can i just ignore them and they will eventually go away? I'm 53 and started menopause around 50.
