I have started going through the change in the last 3 months. The only effect I am having are occasional hot flashes. Since I am into natural cleansing techniques, I look at the spouts of sweating as a cleansing of toxins through my skin. I am not bitchy nor do I have any other menopausal discomforts. It's all in the way you want to look at things that determines how well you cope.
