Lactose intolerence is possibly created a problem in one's body because humans weren't meant to comsume the milk of an animal. Just a thought.

I agree with lapiz. It may not be easy or simple but I believe if you give your body the basic essentials it needs it will try its best to heal your condition. Of course it depends how long you neglected your body to get it out of balance in the first place. Look at our diets. They are truly poisoning us. Artificial this, artificial that, this over the counter drug, this coffee drug, that chocolate Sugar rush, this over processed product... that is what is causing our problems. I agree with lapis.
