#3135, if you haven't already, you might look into diagnosing and repairing a "Leaky Gut," as this is a common cause of food allergies . I assume you've been clinically tested for food allergies -- if not, you should. A search of "leaky gut" on Google will bring up a boatload of sites. Great Smokies Lab and AAL Reference Laboratories offer "Intestinal Permeability" (leaky gut) tests -- first links below.

It's possible that IBS is the food allergy reaction you're lookin' for. You might look into a temporary antigenic diet and see what happens (last link below). Good luck.
