di, i am on ALOT of steroids like metholprednisalone thats done by IV. be very careful about type 2 diabetes as i now have it cause the medications like prednisalon sends ur bsl sky high, so get tested.
i found if you drink heaps of water you flush your body of all the yucky stuff. and also gives you a healthy lifestyle.
just keep on walking and u should be fine!
