A congested liver and coffee can both cause irritability, which you seem to have.
I suffered from the same thing, until I gave up my daily cup of coffee. If you are going to ask for help, then you need to accept it graciously and just ignore what you don't want to hear. I'm not going to get into a fighting match with you, just offering my observations.
