I am sorry ... I was not really very clear on that.

My view with constipation is ... if the colon cleansing works for a while for constipation and then does not... it is probably then a liver issue as well. Flax seed will work for a while but yes a Colon Cleanse is what you ultimately need....maybe followed by a liver cleanse.

However. MgO2 is a colon cleanser... not a laxative. It cleans the colon with O2. And works nicely with some colonics. But it won't work after a while any better than constant colon cleansing in whichever form you try... if the liver is not clean too. They both really work together to get the job done. Ultimately ... the colon will not continue to work without a clean liver. And yes... the colon should be clean to do any liver work.

Actually with both clean... you should be able to stay very healthy for a very long time!
