For the last 6 months I have been using 4 Tablespoons of Organic Flax seed a day and been as regular as clockwork. Sbout a month ago I skipped a day. I did'nt think much about it. Then I found I skipped 2 day and I began to worry. Now I'm every 3 or 4 days. It's the same Flax seed, nothing ele has changed, it just does not work anymore. I'm back on a series of colonics to see if thaat will help.
