I am using a tea every night that contains Locust Plant(cassia angustifolia), Gynostemma(Pentaphyllum), and High Mallow. It says to take one teabag with one cup of water but I take 1/2 that amount and am doing o.k. Have you ever heard of those ingredients?
I should be receiving Jim Foleys pills but have not had good reactions to cascara sagrada.
